Your photography studio, in one place
Sessions, clients, online bookings, galleries, contracts with e-signature and payments: Flyp brings your studio’s entire workflow into one beautiful dashboard. You focus on the photography, we’ll handle the rest.
No more juggling ten tools at once
Flyp replaces spreadsheets, emails, separate galleries and contract apps. One coherent system from the first inquiry to the delivered photos.
- Online bookings: Clients pick the session type, package and date from your calendar: a full day, a specific slot, or their own proposed time.
- Galleries with selection: Private galleries protected by a password or magic link. Clients pick their photos from the package and pay for extras on the spot.
- Contracts with e-signature: Contract templates clients sign with a finger on their phone. The full set of documents always at hand, fully electronic.
- Payments and invoices: Deposits, instalments and final payments by card, BLIK or Przelewy24, straight to your account. Invoices are issued automatically in inFakt (Pro and Studio plans).
- CRM and questionnaires: The full history of every client: sessions, galleries, payments, contracts and pre-session questionnaires in a single profile.
- Automations: “When this, then that” rules: after a confirmed booking, a signed contract, a payment or a published gallery, Flyp sends an email, assigns a questionnaire or reminds you of a task, with a delay if you like.
- Coupons and vouchers: Branded gift vouchers and discount codes with limits and validation: clients buy and redeem them right on your pages.
- Stats and revenue: See your revenue, inquiry conversion and best months. Make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling.

Frequently asked questions about Flyp
What is Flyp?
Flyp is browser-based software for running a photography studio. One dashboard covers online booking, proofing galleries with photo sales, e-signed contracts, deposits and instalments, invoices, questionnaires, your client list and automations. It works on desktop and mobile, with nothing to install.
How much does Flyp cost?
The Free plan is free with no time limit. At the launch price for the first 100 studios, the paid plans cost per month: Starter 14 €, Pro 25 €, Studio 55 €. These are gross prices, and with yearly billing you pay for 10 months. You do not need a card to sign up.
Does Flyp take a commission on my clients’ payments?
Never on deposits, instalments or session payments. You only pay your payment provider’s fee, and the money goes straight to your account. A commission applies only to extra photo sales in a gallery: 10% on Free, 5% on Starter and 0% on Pro and Studio.
Can I move my galleries from Pixieset or another tool?
Yes. You can move a Pixieset gallery from its ZIP file, and Flyp rebuilds it with its sections. You can also import session photos straight from Lightroom on every plan.
How do clients pay for sessions?
Online through Stripe: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and in Poland also with BLIK and Przelewy24. You can send a deposit link, split the price into instalments or record a payment taken at the studio. On Pro and Studio you can also connect your own payment provider account.
Can a client sign the contract online?
Yes. Your client signs on a phone or computer, and the signed document stays in the session. Flyp also supports qualified electronic signatures, and you can add a contract signed on paper with its scans.
Which languages does Flyp support?
The photographer dashboard and the client pages (booking, galleries, contracts, payments) are available in Polish, English, Italian and Ukrainian. Each client sees the page in their own language.
Where is my data stored, and is Flyp GDPR compliant?
Data and photos are stored on servers in the European Union. Each studio signs a data processing agreement with Flyp, and we publish the list of subprocessors with our legal documents.
