Your data and privacy
Check the Flyp documents you accepted, download a copy of your account data or delete your account.
Settings → Privacy and consents is about your personal account, not your studio’s client data (that is in the Clients module).
Flyp documents
The “Flyp documents” section shows when the Flyp terms of service, the Flyp privacy policy and the data processing agreement were accepted (with the version), with links to their content.
Downloading your data
“Download my data” on the “Your personal data” card immediately downloads a JSON file with your account data: profile, studios, sign-in sessions, external sign-ins and consents. This fulfils your right of access and data portability (GDPR, articles 15 and 20). For the history of marketing consents, write to us with the “Write about the consent history” button.
Marketing consents
Managing newsletter consents will appear in this section. Until then, we don’t send any marketing content.
Deleting your account
“Delete account” deletes your account permanently and immediately, and all your devices are signed out. To confirm:
- enter your email address,
- enter your password, or a code from your email (“Send a code by email”, the code is valid for 10 minutes) if you sign in with Google or Facebook and have no password in Flyp.
Important: as long as you own a studio, you can’t delete your account. First hand the studio over to someone else or close it: Transferring ownership or deleting a studio.
