Invoices: inFakt, iFirma and Fakturownia
Flyp doesn’t issue invoices on its own: on the Pro and Studio plans you connect invoicing software, and invoices for clients are created once a session is paid.
Flyp issues invoices for your clients through your accounting software. You connect the integration on the Pro and Studio plans in Settings → All integrations, in the “Invoices” category: inFakt, iFirma or Fakturownia. On lower plans the integration has a “Not available on your plan” badge. Only one program can be active at a time; turning on a second one switches the invoice provider, and the panel warns you about it.
Setup
Each program needs different details: inFakt an API key (with an optional test mode), iFirma a login and API key, Fakturownia the account subdomain and an API token. Saving checks the details right away; incorrect ones aren’t saved. You can also set:
- “Send the invoice to the client automatically”: the invoice email goes out right after it is issued,
- “Payment deadline (days)”: the payment deadline on the invoice.
Invoices in the panel
Invoices are created after a session or an online photo order is paid, and they go to Invoices, linked to the session. For a manually recorded payment, you issue an invoice with the “Issue invoice” button next to that payment. There is no invoice for redeeming a voucher, because it is issued when the voucher is sold.
In Invoices you can download the PDF (“Download PDF”) or retry an issue that failed (“Retry issuing”). You can filter the list by status (paid, sent, issued, pending, cancelled, error, needs a correction) and search by number or client.
Without a connected integration, the invoice list is empty. That isn’t an error, just no invoicing software.
Invoices for your Flyp plan are in Settings → Subscription, under “Payment history”.
