Notifications, email design and language
Which messages Flyp sends to clients and your team, what they look like, who they come from and in which language.
Messages to clients and the team
In Settings → Notifications and automatic messages you turn each message on or off separately, in groups: Bookings, Sessions, Galleries, Payments, Contracts and questionnaires. All of them are on by default. Here you also set:
- The sender of messages to clients: the sender name (the studio name by default) and the reply-to address where client replies arrive,
- Reminder timing: how many hours before a session the reminder arrives, how many days before a gallery expires and how many days before the photo delivery deadline.
The photo delivery deadline reminder goes to you and your team, not to the client.
Email design
Email templates show all automatic messages in your branding. You choose the style (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Elegant), colours, fonts and whether the header shows your logo and studio name. Flyp prepares the message content in four languages, so you don’t edit it by hand. In Settings → Mail and email appearance you can see the sender domain.
Language and tone
In Settings → Language and region you set:
- the panel language (for you),
- the languages you serve clients in and the studio’s main language,
- how to address clients on your behalf: “As the studio (we)”, “As the photographer (I, he/him)” or “As the photographer (I, she/her)”.
Each client receives emails in their own message language, set on the client card (Clients and the client portal).
Your account
In Settings → Your profile you change your first and last name, phone and photo, which your studio team can see. Changes save automatically. The account email address can’t be changed for now.
