Branding: studio logo and colour
Upload your logo in three variants and pick the colour your clients see on your studio pages, in galleries and in emails.
In Settings → Branding you set how your studio looks to clients: on the booking page, in galleries, in emails and in contract PDFs.
Logo in three variants
The panel uses three variants: Light logo (for light backgrounds), Dark logo (for dark backgrounds) and Icon (e.g. for the browser tab). You don’t have to prepare them all by hand:
- “Upload one logo, generate all 3”: you upload a single file and the panel creates the other variants from it,
- you can also upload each variant separately (“Upload”, or “Change” once one is there) or generate it from another variant, for example a dark logo from the light one,
- a variant you don’t need can be removed with the “Remove” button under its preview.
Files: PNG, SVG, JPG or WEBP, up to 5 MB, at least 256 × 256 px. After you pick a file, a cropper opens: the logo can be any shape, the icon is always square.
Primary colour
Choose one of the ready-made colours or your own; the panel matches it to the nearest shade in the palette. Your clients see the colour on buttons, badges and links. The change saves itself a moment after you pick it.
If your logo doesn’t seem to change, check the variant: the light theme of client pages shows the light logo, the dark theme shows the dark logo.
The Flyp badge for clients
Your studio pages, galleries, the footer of emails to clients and the PDFs of contracts and payment confirmations carry a discreet “Powered by Flyp” note. On the Free and Starter plans it is always shown. On the Pro and Studio plans you can turn it off with the “Show the Flyp badge to clients” switch: your clients then see only your logo and name, and the browser tab shows your studio icon.
If you move to a lower plan, the badge comes back on its own. Your setting is remembered and applies again when you return to Pro or Studio.
