Dashboard and analytics
What the dashboard shows after you sign in, where to check revenue, bookings and traffic on your studio pages, and who can see amounts.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. The tiles at the top show revenue for the current month, upcoming sessions, completed sessions and new clients, and the badge on each tile compares them with the same days of the previous month.
Below are cards: revenue for the last 6 months, session types, upcoming sessions, top clients and recent payments. The “Photos due soon” card shows sessions past their photo delivery deadline and those due within 30 days; it disappears when there is nothing to keep an eye on. A new studio also sees the “Finish setting up your studio” card.
Analytics
Analytics has these tabs: Overview, Revenue, Sessions, Bookings, Clients, Galleries, Traffic, Attribution and Live. You choose the period at the top (from the current month to the current year). In Overview, the “Previous period / Year over year” switch decides what we compare with. Daily statistics are collected from the day the studio was created, so comparisons with time before that day have no badge.
On the “Bookings” tab, below the tiles, you see how many bookings clients abandoned at payment. They count neither as received nor as cancelled.
Who can see amounts
Revenue (the revenue tile and card, the “Revenue” tab, client value) is visible to people with the “Revenue and reports” permission. Without it, the dashboard and analytics show figures without amounts. Recent payments require the “View payments” permission.
Statements for your accountant are covered in Payments, refunds and payment documents.
