Guest gallery
A separate link with some of the photos from the couple’s gallery, for example for wedding guests. Guests can only view and download, with no selection or purchases.
A guest gallery is a second link to selected photos from your client’s gallery. The client gets their gallery with all the photos, and guests get only the ones someone picked for them. The photos don’t take up extra space, because they are the same files.

In the gallery details, on the “For guests” tab, click “Choose photos for guests”, select the photos and copy the “Guest link”. You can also:
- set “Available until” and a “Guest password”,
- turn the link off and on (“Turn off link”, “Turn on link”),
- change the photos or delete the guest gallery (the photos stay in the main gallery).
The “Guest visits” counter shows how many times the link was opened. Each gallery can have one guest gallery.
Created by the client
The client’s gallery has a “Share with guests” button. The client selects photos and gets a link to copy. This works when:
- the client is signed in with the email address they gave the photographer (the gallery link or password alone isn’t enough, so people the couple passed the link on to can only view),
- the studio’s plan allows more than one gallery per session,
- “The client can choose photos for guests themselves” is turned on on the “For guests” tab.
In a selection gallery, photos can be shared with guests after the selection is confirmed, and only the selected or paid ones.
